Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned in as-sold condition—unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached (if applicable).
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Non-Returnable Items

- Perishable goods, such as food or drinks.

Return Process
- Contact Us First: Before sending anything back, please email us at chattycatohio@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
- Prepare Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
- Ship the Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue at no additional cost.
